One customer base. Multiple ways to grow revenue.

Axiom starts with a unified customer database. From there, you can launch email campaigns, analyze social demand, forecast churn, reduce no-shows, and manage consent — all from the same customer data. Pick where to start.

Why one platform

Stop stitching six subscriptions together

Most small businesses run their tools as separate islands: one login for email, another for listening, another for scheduling, another for consent. None of them know what the others know. Axiom is the opposite bet.

The old way

  • A separate login and dashboard for email, another for social listening, another for forecasting, another for consent
  • Customer data copy-pasted between tools, or not shared at all
  • Every product guesses at "who's a good customer" on its own, with its own definition
  • Consent lives in one tool while marketing runs in another — no shared record
  • Six invoices, six renewal dates, six vendors to manage

With Axiom

  • One login, one customer base, six products built on top of it
  • A segment built in CDP is instantly usable in Quill, Social Recon, and Forecasts — no export/import
  • Consent status travels with the profile, so every product respects it automatically
  • Add a product without a new sign-up, a new data import, or a new admin to manage
  • One bill that scales with usage, not one bill per product

Why together

The products strengthen each other

Each reads the same CDP profiles: Social Recon finds demand, Forecasts set priorities, Quill delivers the message, Consent keeps it legal. One customer, one story.

Quill: win-back flow queuedConsent: honored automatically
  • One profile, four products reading it. This is one customer record. Her lifecycle stage comes from CDP, her consent from Consent, her intent signal from Social Recon, her priority from Forecasts.
  • No manual hand-off. Quill doesn't wait for someone to export a list — it queues the win-back flow the moment the signals line up, and only for people who opted in.
  • Add a product, not a project. Turning on a new product means it starts reading this same base immediately, not a multi-week integration.
FAQ

Questions about the platform

Can I start with just one product and add more later?

Yes. CDP is the only product that has to be on from day one, since it's the base every other product reads from. Beyond that, most teams start with Quill or Social Recon and add Forecasts, Bookings, or Consent later, whenever it makes sense for the business — no migration, no re-onboarding.

Do the products share data automatically, or do I have to connect them?

Automatically. Every product reads and writes to the same CDP profiles by default. A segment you build for Quill is the same segment Social Recon and Forecasts see — there's no export, import, or separate integration step to wire them together.

Does pricing change if I add more products?

Your bill scales with usage (contacts, sends, or the equivalent unit for each product), not with a flat per-product license fee. Adding a product adds what that product actually costs to run for your volume — you're not paying for six separate minimum-seat subscriptions.

Is there a discount for using more than one product?

Running more than one product on the same customer base is cheaper in practice, even without a bundled discount line, because you're not paying for the same contact list, the same consent infrastructure, or the same login and admin overhead six separate times. Talk to us about your specific mix and we'll walk through the numbers.
